Oferta de trabajo: Constituent Relations Coordinator

The Constituent Relations Coordinator will provide critical support for alumni engagement, advancement activities, and special events at the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine during a 6-9 month period. This role will focus on coordinating key alumni programs, including class reunions, mentorships programs, and alumni communications. The position will play a vital role in event logistics, outreach efforts, and storytelling to strengthen alumni and student connections.This position will assist in the execution of special events and engagement initiatives, supporting reunion activities, networking programs, and stewardship efforts. Responsibilities will include distributing communications, such as the monthly alumni newsletter and marketing efforts, as well as curating and sharing compelling alumni and student stories. Additionally, the role will support database management and donor relations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and engagement tracking.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, experience in event coordination and marketing, and a passion for fostering meaningful alumni relationships. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni volunteers, students, faculty, and advancement colleagues, to ensure the success of alumni programs and initiatives.This is a TEMPORARY ROLE with a preferred start date of May 1st, 2025 and end date of December 31st, 2025.
