Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Planner Estimator for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance Planning and working in conjunction with the Area Manager, initiates, plans, estimates and coordinates work orders for the repair, maintenance, changes and additions to the physical facilities.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Maintains liaison with department facilities coordinators, discussing individual problems and requests with heads of University departments in a designated zone.Acts in the absence of the Area Manager.Provides building lists and identifies DFM and Maintenance needs.
