About the Development & Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator Role:

As the Development & Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of DAR's fundraising and community engagement efforts. In this role you will primarily be facilitating corporate sponsorships, with a smaller focus on administrative work, assisting with the planning and production of impactful fundraising events, and coordinating volunteer initiatives that support our mission.

Key Responsibilities: - Spearheading Corporate Sponsorships (goal of $90,000 in 2025) - Securing Corporate Sponsorship for all organizational events - Providing Administrative Support and Donor Database Coordination - Volunteer Coordination - Event Coordination duties as assigned

Working closely with our Development Team, you'll cultivate key corporate sponsor relationships, provide essential administrative support, and ensure seamless event execution to keep our development operations running smoo

What We're Looking For- We're seeking a resourceful, self-directed individual with: - 2-3+ years of fundraising or corporate sponsorship experience (preferred). - Excellent organizational skills. - Exemplary communication skills and professionalism. - Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with CRMs like Monday.com. - A thoughtful, collaborative mindset open to feedback and continuous learning. - Personal values that align with DAR's mission. - General understanding of regenerative agriculture principles (preferred).

Position Details Hours: Full Time, approx. 40 hrs/week, with potentially increased hours on weeks with major events (followed by a week with lower hours to balance out). Some evenings and weekends, as required based on the event schedule. Compensation: $4,166-$5,000/month (based on experience) plus benefits.
