Responsibilities Develop, manage and maintain best operational practices Responsible for quality control of all construction documents Maintains multiple state architecture licenses Develops and executes internal work flow and financial procedures Develops and continuously mentors/trains a team of highly skilled professionals Ensures project deadlines are met Partners and coordinates with team members to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfy all scope of work requirements Partners with the leadership to build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team, mentoring and teaching junior members when possible Provides technical assistance as required Initiates and coordinates measures to resolve technical and engineering problems Overall accountability for client approvals Exceed client expectations Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Must be registered with at least 15 years of experience (excluding residential) Existing multiple state architecture licenses preferred, minimum two states Active NCARB record and ability to obtain additional licenses Must have previous management experience Must have experience producing Design Architecture for workplace/office, with experience in retail/restaurant a plus Experience with projects at all design and delivery phases is a plus Proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Must have a strong work ethic, solid time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to maintain required performance level in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines Must have exceptional standards for quality and a strong attention to detail Must be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team Estimated total compensation for this position: 110,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
