We manufacturer complex small machined components for the Aerospace and Power Systems industries with an FAA and EASA approved Repair Station for the maintenance and alteration of thermocouples and an FAA Assembly Department. The qualified candidate will have responsibilities in both our Assembly and Repair Station. ::: :::

• ::: {offset-key="2btnb-0-0"} Assemble small parts using a variety of methods including sanders, welders, and multiple hand tools. :::

• ::: {offset-key="57j90-0-0"} Performs welding and brazing on small parts. :::

• ::: {offset-key="5fc4g-0-0"} Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory FAA guidelines. :::

• ::: {offset-key="bs187-0-0"} Other duties as required. :::

• ::: {offset-key="7te44-0-0"} Perform various tasks in the process of repairing thermocouples by following written work instructions. :::

• ::: {offset-key="dg5jk-0-0"} Disassemble and assemble thermocouples. :::

• ::: {offset-key="69oql-0-0"} Complete easy circuit wiring. :::

• ::: {offset-key="c64v0-0-0"} Measure loop resistance by utilizing impedance meters. :::

• ::: {offset-key="63t8v-0-0"} Measure insulation resistance by utilizing Megohmmeters. :::
