Summary: The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing quality service by telephone and messaging to bank customers in an efficient and professional manner. Sell appropriate products via the telephone. Research and resolves customer requests and answers customer inquiries regarding account maintenance, balance transfers, stop payments, all Digital Channels, etc. Performs fraud preventive tasks including mobile deposit and Fraud Anomoly Detection review through our digital platform.
Minimum Position Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent GED,Minimum Two (2) years of financial institution, experience, Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements:One (1) year customer contact or call center experience, Ability to adapt to different work schedules as determined by business requirements, including early in the morning and into the early evening and weekends.
