Off shift Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our Assembly Lines team. The role involves working in a specialized hub, operating a mini press to secure the hub to the blade, assembling the barring on the blade, storing finished blades, and helping prep for shipping.
Responsibilities
Operate a mini press to secure the hub to the blade.
Assemble the barring on the blade.
Store finished blades and help prepare them for shipping.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality and detect defects.
Rotate among stations during 10-hour shifts.
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

Work Environment
Candidates will work 10-hour shifts, rotating among stations, and should expect to be on their feet for the duration. The first day includes an 8 AM orientation, a tour, lunch, and observation of other employees to grasp the expectations. The 2nd shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
