Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our Assembly Lines team. The role involves working in a specialized hub, operating a mini press to secure the hub to the blade, assembling the barring on the blade, storing finished blades, and helping prep for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mini press to secure the hub to the blade.

• Assemble the barring on the blade.

• Store finished blades and help prepare them for shipping.

• Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality and detect defects.

• Rotate among stations during 10-hour shifts.

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

• 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

• $18.50

Work Environment

Candidates will work 10-hour shifts, rotating among stations, and should expect to be on their feet for the duration. The first day includes an 8 AM orientation, a tour, lunch, and observation of other employees to grasp the expectations. The 2nd shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
