What You Will Contribute:
Are you an experienced assembler with a knack for precision and a passion for continuous improvement? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our Collegeville PA team as an Assembler II and play a vital role in producing high-quality components that meet our customers' specifications.
As a first shift (7am-3:30pm) Assembler II, you'll be responsible for assembling parts according to detailed Work Instructions and Drawings, ensuring that critical component assemblies are completed effectively. This versatile position offers the chance to rotate throughout our facility, taking on a variety of assembly tasks and utilizing a range of tools, from basic hand tools to advanced laser etchers and engravers.
You'll also have the opportunity to train others in the department, contribute to our Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost initiatives, and implement Lean and 5S concepts to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace. With your strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, you'll help drive our success and take your career to the next level.
