Warehouse Security Patrol Officer – Paid Weekly!

Rate: $17.60/hour

• Fri-Mon 22:30-06:30

• Fri-Tue 22:30-06:30

• Sat-Tues 22:00-06:30

• Fri-Mon 14:30-22:30

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Patrol Duties: Regularly patrol the warehouse premises, including the interior and exterior areas, to monitor for any suspicious activity or security risks.

• Access Control: Monitor and control access points to the warehouse, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises. This may include checking employee identification and visitor logs. Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify any potential security breaches or emergencies. Respond promptly to any alerts or disturbances.

• Incident Response: Respond to security incidents or alarms, such as thefts, disturbances, or other emergencies, and report findings to management or law enforcement.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of security activities, including incident reports, security breaches, and daily patrol logs. Ensure documentation is kept up to date for future reference.

• Preventative Security Measures: Identify and report potential security weaknesses and suggest improvements to management. Implement measures to deter theft, vandalism, and other risks.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are followed to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

• Emergency Response: Be prepared to act in emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, or other critical incidents. Perform first aid and CPR if necessary until emergency responders arrive.

• Collaboration with Staff: Work closely with warehouse management and other security personnel to ensure the smooth operation of security procedures and protocols.

Position Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED Required

• Standard computer / technology skills needed

• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills
