We are seeking a professional with strong communication and computer skills to join our team! AAG provides value appraisal services on all types of automobiles specializing in antiques and collector cars. Come work in a pleasant small business office environment located conveniently in Albemarle County.

Full-time Monday - Friday, 35-40 hours with paid holidays, vacation, health insurance and retirement plan.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Describe service benefits and costs
• Take orders and forward assignments
• Assist with scheduling value consultations
• Interact with nationwide network of associates

Qualifications:

• Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Desire to be part of a successful team
• Experience with Excel, Access, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong online research experience
• Previous experience or knowledge of Collector Car Market helpful

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone with auto sales experience, someone who grew up under a hood working on cars, or someone who has an affinity for vintage or collector cars
• Someone with familiarity with car makes and models: new and vintage
• Someone who is mechanically inclined and speaks car sales language
• Someone who is charismatic with experience following up on leads and closing sales
• Want to help people make the best decisions regarding their automobile
• Strong customer service background

Compensation Range:

• Starting $18.00-20.00/hr depending on your experience plus opportunities for commission
• Eligible for a raise after 90 days
• Before tax for an average first year employee you're looking to earn between $32,000-$42,000/yr
