Join Our Clients Team as a Front Desk Clerk/Laundry Attendant!

Our client, a reputable hotel, is looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Front Desk Clerk/Laundry Attendant. If you have a friendly, professional attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Whats in it for you?

  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $13.50 per hour with a $0.50 raise after 30 days and a pay review at 90 days.
  • Flexible Shifts:
    • Shift 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
    • Shift 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Training Provided: 2 weeks of training with hours from 3:00 PM/4:00 PM to 8:00 PM/9:00 PM.
  • Temp-to-Hire Position: Start as a temporary employee with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Clerk/Laundry Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will handle various essential duties, including:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and provide information on rooms, rates and amenities.
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or requests.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Submit maintenance work orders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, hallways and entryways.
  • Wash, dry and fold laundry to ensure clean linens for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
