The Mechanical Assembler will disassemble and assemble products as well as test hydraulic accumulators after the assembly process to ensure the accumulators meet the highest quality standards. This associate will be responsible for making all of the hydraulic connections from the pump to the accumulator using the correct fittings, pressurizing the accumulator, observing the leak-down rate, and documenting the results.

Responsible for studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications and drawings

Responsible for disassembling and assembling accumulators

Responsible for the setup and operation of the Hydro Test machine

Loading and unloading materials into the Hydro Test machine, ensuring all safety procedures are being followed

Adheres to all required standards and work instructions
