Roberts Manufacturing in Oakwood, Ohio has an opening for a Quality Technician to serve in our Quality Department. This is a Full Time hourly position of a minimum 40 hours. The Successful candidate must be able to perform the daily tasks required by Inspection and the Quality Engineer, be on time, display a great attitude, and be desiring to grow into the position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing Daily Inspection duties
• Maintaining high quality on the production floor
• Setting up Gages and prepping for up coming jobs on individual machines
• Inspecting In-coming material
• Perform related job duties as required

Education and/or Experience:

• Must have at minimum high school degree or appropriate equivalent
• Must have a minimum of (2-5) years prior Quality experience, and manufacturing environment experience

Required Skills:

• Must be knowledgeable of running and or handling CMM as well as manual CMM
• Must have working knowledge of Micro-View
• Must have full knowledge of gages, i.e. dial, caliper, height stands, air gages, bar gages, etc.
• Willingness to grow into a role and flexible as the job changes
