Position Title: Concession Manager

Duties The Concession Manager manages food service and retail operation including preparation of hot and cold foods, merchandising of gift shop items, ordering and inventory maintenance, invoice reconciliation, cash handling and supervision of staff. Position is full time. Work is performed indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions. Applicants must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled. Duties may vary for each facility and generally include, but are not limited to: ? Operate a cash register in the sale of park merchandise ? Maintain inventory of supplies, materials and products ? Complete required reports ? Administer canoe and kayak rentals ? Assist with litter pickup near concession facilities ? Prepare and serve hot and cold food ? Oversee quality control of food service operation, and cleanliness and safety of concessions operation ? Order merchandise for sale and maintain inventory ? Reconcile cash and credit card sales ? Bookkeeping ? Supervise work of Concession Attendants ? Work with vendors ? Provide information to visitors about park facilities, programs and regulations ? Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds ? Work can be physical in nature, requiring the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, lift and carry heavy objects, do repetitive bending and stooping, and climb ladders

2025 Pay Rate $18.01*hour
