Job Title: Electronic Tech

Location: St Charles

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Electromechanical assembly of products per released documentation using approved equipment and processes.

• Perform prescribed unit tests including pre-test and go/no go testing; function and feature unit testing.

• Set up and observe units undergoing burn-in and conduct final test and sign-off of production test functions.

• Inspect production quality via physical inspection of units for defects and audit of sales order requirements.

• Support development and adherence to quality control and compliance systems (ISO, ESD, OSHA, etc.).

What's Needed?

• Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.

• Ability to solder is a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate schedules and maximize production efficiency.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.

• Good motor skills and the ability to perform fine assembly tasks.
