Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. As a Production Planner, you will be part of the operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Planner

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia

Pay Range: $55,000 - $89,000

What's the Job?

• Prepare, revise, and schedule orders daily for assigned commodities, minimizing downtime.

• Maintain adequate supply levels while managing inventory targets effectively.

• Develop and cultivate positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and peers.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in production planning or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret production statistics.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Ability to engage in conflict resolution and foster a collaborative environment.
