* This position will be partially remote, with the expectation of being in the office in person on a rotating basis after a training period.

Role:TheDigital PFRpromotes member financial well-being through engaging members in meaningful conversations to meet all account and personal loan requests from digital channels. This position provides financial direction, assists members in meeting their goals with appropriate products and services and provides prompt, professional and courteous service to enrich the member\'s experience and deepen their relationship with the credit union.

Pay:The pay for this position is\$24.31 an hour.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Responds to digital requests from members to open new memberships, create new shares, apply for personal loans. Filed incoming loan related inquiries and redirect as appropriate.
  • Educates existing and potential members on products and/or services through relationship building interactions that occur from digital channels. Has full understanding and adherence to the prescribed sales flow process and available products/services. Continues learning new selling techniques and provides additional information and referrals to CapEd partners or departments.
  • Aligns self and team to attain Credit Union expectations. Meets or exceed minimum production goals. Maintains a high-level knowledge of products, services and promotions.
  • Maintains strict adherence and compliance to all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls. Keeps updated and correct tracking sheet documentation.
  • Assists members and potential members with their inbound account inquires and account maintenance while actively listening to and inquiring about members needs with the objective of providing the ultimate member experience and value-added solutions.
  • Resolves complex member inquires with a one-contact resolution philosophy by utilizing company policies. Researches and explores potential solutions to provide alternatives for members. Follows escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team member as needed.
  • May be required to report to branch locations occasionally to support business continuity.
  • Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job duties as assigned.
