Job Title: Mounter/Assembler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Mounter/Assembler to install lighting, electronic systems, hydraulic lines, and piping on trailers. The role also involves completing spot welds, reading measurement tools and blueprints, and assembling various components for liquid trailers. You will utilize an overhead crane to move large parts throughout the facility and assist with other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Install lighting and electronic systems on trailers

• Install hydraulic lines and piping on trailers

• Complete spot welds as needed

• Read measurement tools and blueprints

• Assemble various components for liquid trailers

• Utilize overhead crane to move large parts throughout the facility

• Assist with other tasks as requested by supervisor

Essential Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Mechanical aptitude

• Able to work standing up, sitting down, crouching, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift

• Previous experience working with blueprints preferred

Work Environment

The work takes place in a production environment, building liquid truck trailers with a mix of large and small parts. Candidates need to be physically able to bend, kneel, and stand for various periods while assembling trailer components. It can be loud in certain areas of the facility due to the type of assembly being performed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENT, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
