Job Description: Biery Cheese in Louisville, OH, has a full-time Quality Assurance Technician Level 1 (Second Shift) opening.

The Quality Assurance Technician must comply with all plant GMP, SQF quality, safety, food safety and bio-security procedures. The following list of responsibilities is not inclusive and can/will be changed/amended as needed to present our customers and consumers with the highest quality, safety and secured products from Biery Cheese.

Payrate and Shifts:

Second Shift: 2:55 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Payrate: $19.25 per hour; Shift differential $0.50

*Occasional mandatory overtime including weekends

*Attendance and production bonuses available (not guaranteed)

Essential Responsibilities:

[Train, coaches, mentors, empowers and develops good GMP practices with all team members.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Maintains compliance and handles all non-compliance and deviations in a swift manner.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Monitors packaging (CQP#1) and process cheese manufacturing (CCP#1) operations for quality/food safety compliance issues.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
