Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Perform maintenance of facilities equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs associated with minor equipment faults.

• Use Facilities Management Systems (FMS) to assist in maintaining control of temperature and humidity of buildings.

• Assist in troubleshooting facilities equipment using FMS.

• Repair and maintain equipment using electrical and control voltage.

• Utilize mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of shop equipment and measurement instrumentation.

• Perform basic facilities duties, including changing filters and assisting with office moves as needed.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of facilities maintenance experience

• Proficiency in air conditioning maintenance

• Plumbing skills

• Electrical knowledge

• Carpentry skills

Pay and Shift

• 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm

• $22-28 (10% differential)

• Must be able to work any day of the week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
