CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client- and team-focused individual to join our team as a Universal Relationship Banker II for our ON-SITE location in Lenawee County locations.
JOB SUMMARY
The Universal Relationship Banker (URBII) provides support at any of our Retail Branch Offices (as scheduled) with outstanding client service while performing a variety of savings, checking and credit account transactions, as well as opening new
accounts. This position may also assist with Private Banking administratie duties, various branch procedures, including ATM balancing, Vault balancing, etc.
DUTIES
Level I
- Welcomes all clients to the bank as they enter, escorts them to a work area to complete their transaction.
- Provides outstanding service to clients while meeting their needs for cashing checks, making deposits, withdrawals or loan payments, loan & cash advances, redeeming US Savings bonds, process cashier's checks and other routine requests.
- Provides clients with necessary information and troubleshoots client issues.
- Recognizes client cues and resources for appropriate products and services they currently may not be using.
Assists clients with access to safety deposit boxes and address changes.
