Position Overview:

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service while handling inbound and outbound calls for a local Non-Profit client. The first three months will be fully in-office for training and team integration. After this period, a hybrid work schedule will be available. MUST be located in San Diego. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist clients with inquiries, services, and resources.

  • Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups and outreach efforts.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions in the system.

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Adhere to call center policies and compliance regulations.

    Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or similar setting).

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.

Comfortable working with computers and data entry.

Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Passion for helping others and working in a non-profit environment.
