THE WORK:
You’ll organize, track, and store construction-related documents such as contracts, blueprints, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect the latest revisions.
You’ll utilize document management software (e.g., Procore, CMIS, VPO) for uploading, tracking, and retrieving documents while ensuring all project team members comply with the document control system.
You’ll oversee the distribution and archiving of project documentation to ensure it reaches all relevant stakeholders in a timely and organized manner.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact for document-related queries and coordinate the review, approval, and revision of documents, ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates.
You’ll assist in the preparation of project deliverables such as submittals, transmittals, and closeout documents, and support project teams in filing and organizing documents for audits and inspections.
You’ll ensure that the work is actually being done by construction workers and mechanics is consistent with the corresponding job titles and wages being reported on the certified payrolls by conducting field interviews for prevailing wage projects.
You’ll assist in reviewing payroll records and certified payroll reports (CPRs), conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with wage rates, labor laws, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation if required.
You’ll assist in addressing labor disputes and non-compliance issues, acting as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, workers, and regulatory agencies to ensure prompt resolution and maintain project compliance.
$28 - $33 an hour
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum of 4 (four) years’ of experience in document control
Minimum of 2 (two) years’ of experience in labor compliance management or labor agreement administration is desired, but not required
Minimum of 4 (four) years’ of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid drivers license is required for this role
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Labor Compliance or related field
Relevant certifications in document control (e.g., CDA, CDCS)
General understanding of Labor Compliance policies, procedures, and practices
Ability to understand, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, contracts, policies, procedures and management agreements
Function effectively as part of a team and communicate with multiple internal departments to coordinate efforts with project owners regarding compliance standards
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
