Thermo Fisher, a leader in the medical equipment industry, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly of critical medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: 18.00- 19.80

What's the Job?

  • Assemble medical equipment according to specifications and quality standards.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
