This is a direct placement, hourly wage position.

Pay rate: $27.48/hour plus $0.75/hour shift differential.

2nd and 3rd shift available

2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3PM to 11PM

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 11PM to 7AM

Job Description

Our Hanover Factory is looking to add one Quality Inspector to 2nd shift and one Quality Inspector to 3rd shift. Our factory supports aerospace and industrial applications. Quality Inspectors will support operations by inspecting in-process parts or conducting final inspections of parts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process parts and conduct final inspections of parts.

• Use precise measuring equipment and devices.

• Read and understand dimensional blueprints.

• Perform quality assurance and quality control tasks.

• Use tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM.

• Refer to supervisor for clarification of priorities, objectives, or policies.

• Train on any shift as required.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year applied training in a manufacturing quality role.

• Experience with precise measuring equipment and devices for at least 1 year.

• Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Annual eye exam to ensure ability to meet requirements of quality department.

The pay range for this position is $58718.00 - $58718.00/yr.

Starting wage $27.48/hour plus $.75/hour shift differential, and hour wage increases every 9-months in addition to annual compensation increases.

12 scheduled holidays and 2 floating holidays.
