JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join us as an Inbound Sales Representative at Mutual of Omaha! In our Direct Sales Center, you\'ll handle incoming calls, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions. This is a sales role in a call center, where you\'ll engage with potential customers, overcome objections, and close sales by providing real-time solutions to meet their insurance needs. Shifts will vary based on business needs, so flexibility is key. Potential shifts: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST Rotating Saturdays every 5 weeks. Training classes begin April 25th WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Hourly Wage: Minimum: \$20.00/hour, plus commission 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. WHAT YOU\'LL DO: Handle inbound sales calls: Answer customer calls, stay updated on policies, and encourage sales while documenting requests. Assess and sell insurance products: Understand callers\' needs, recommend additional financial services, complete phone applications, and refer leads as necessary. Follow up with customers: Reach out to offer extra coverage and maintain relationships with existing customers. Ensure confidentiality and compliance: Protect customer information and maintain necessary insurance licenses, following all company standards. WHAT YOU\'LL BRING: Obtain and maintain insurance licenses: Must have or be able to secure life, health, and accident insurance licenses within the specified timeframe. Strong customer interaction and sales skills: Experience in sales or service environments, with excellent customer communication. Ability to overcome objections while focusing on meeting customer needs. Deep knowledge of insurance products: Understand product descriptions and policy language, and effectively market these offerings. Proficient in computer skills: Comfortable multitasking with software. Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment as needed for a remote work environment. This position will require you to provide your own high speed internet connection with 50 megabits per second is required and 150 megabits is recommended for best results.
