Summary of Position:

The Architecture and Facility Management Department seeks applications for a full-time, one-year temporary faculty position. Responsibilities involve teaching multiple courses in our AAS in Architectural Technology or BS in Architecture and Sustainability programs. In addition to the more common topics associated with the degree programs, experience in architectural design, construction detailing and documents utilizing AutoCAD and Revit, digital architectural presentation utilizing software such as Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe CreativeCloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) will be considered. The candidate will be evaluated based on specific educational background in the subject matter for which the candidate will be assigned to teach. The anticipated start date of this position is August of 2024 at the earliest and January of 2025 at the latest. This posting is being used for face-to-face instruction. The candidate selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment.
