Description

We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Controller in San Francisco, California. The Controller will be a crucial part of our team, providing key financial guidance to further the strategic planning and growth of our organization. This role involves overall management and control of all financial-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage all financial-related activities effectively.

• Provide leadership in strategic planning and growth of the organization.

• Work closely with the management team as a key partner.

• Provide essential guidance to the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.

• Manage the construction project budget, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

• Conduct ROI analysis, pricing analysis, and loan analysis to inform decision-making.

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Utilize various software systems including Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports for efficient task completion.

• Oversee accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to ensure financial accuracy.

• Conduct audits as necessary to verify the integrity of financial records.

• Oversee budget processes, ensuring financial sustainability and adherence to financial policies.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Controller

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable

• Knowledge of CRM is essential

• Demonstrated experience in handling Accounting Functions is required

• Capable of managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Must be skilled in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing experience is necessary
