Position DescriptionThe Security Ambassador role is a position responsible for offering a welcoming experience upon a guest’s arrival, and to provide exceptional guest service while completing any required duties of their assigned position. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.Position Requirements​Each position has varying minimum qualifications. In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.Education/Experience:Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.Preference will be given to candidates with a High school diploma or its equivalent.Preference will be given to candidates with the following; Security or Hospitality experience, or guest service experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have a basic understanding and working knowledge with computers.Must have good observation skills.Must have good writing and spelling skills. Language Skills and reasoning Ability:Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.Must have ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. When on the casino floor, the noise levels increase to loud. Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted.Must be able to stand, walk and move through all Non-Gaming areas of the casino.Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, noisy casino environment and effectively deal with guests, management and employees in all situations.

Minimum Salary: 15.50 Maximum Salary: 16.14 Salary Unit: Yearly
