Oferta de trabajo: Production Floater

In this position, employees will work in a variety of positions on the finishing line producing joint compound.

• The Floater will be expected to gain competency in a new position every 6 months until competency is achieved in ALL of the 6 positions: Mixer operator, Line Lead, Calcine operator, Knife operator, Paper operator, and SFX operator. These are the only positions included in this pay progression.

• An operator must know ONE of the above jobs and provide a completely signed off Training Sheet as evidence of competency.-

• Quality Inspections – Board Quality Standards from Mixer to Knife

• Knowledge of how to perform test methods and quality checks

• Ability and willingness to adhere to all Job Procedures (Duty Sheets, SOPs, Testing Schedule)

• Housekeeping owner for the area

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work with other shifts to coordinate project details to ensure timelines are met.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Ability to work in a team-based environment with little to no supervision

• Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing

• Knowledge of Company policies, practices and procedures

• Forklift Certification preferred
