Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO in the finance industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55401, United States. The role is focused on building and leading the finance and accounting teams with the ultimate goal of preparing the company for public trading.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creation and development of the accounting and finance teams.

• Implement and maintain GAAP accounting practices and systems.

• Oversee all aspects of corporate finance.

• Drive the company's financial growth and scalability.

• Manage investor relations and ensure clear communication of financial performance and strategy.

• Ensure full cycle accounting processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.

• Administer all finance-related tasks.

• Prepare and guide the company towards going public. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position

• Proven experience in corporate finance and finance administration

• Strong understanding and knowledge of GAAP Accounting and US GAAP

• Demonstrated skills in investor relations

• Experience with system implementation is required

• Proficiency in full cycle accounting is essential

• Ability to strategize and solve problems

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Exceptional communication and people skills

• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

• CPA is a strong advantage

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
