Your Roles/Responsibilities:

Inspect and approve incoming materials by verifying specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting or returning any unacceptable materials Mentor and train quality technicians to help them achieve organizational and production goals Coordinate and delegate tasks among quality technicians to ensure alignment with production schedules and quality objectives Utilize advanced inspection methods to develop and implement quality programs Maintain accurate records and generate reports detailing inspection results Identify and clearly mark non-conforming materials Lead the execution of First Article Inspections (FAI) to ensure product quality Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality metrics Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and Non-Conformances (NCs) Support real-time investigation and resolution of manufacturing quality issues to minimize production disruptions Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and develop plans for continuous improvement

Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:

High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred At least 5 years of related experience required. A combination of experience and education will be considered Experience with quality control techniques such as Six Sigma required Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments required Prior knowledge in operating and programming CMM preferred
