About the Role:
We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team at Home 2 Suites in Prattville, Alabama. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
Fluent in a second language
Experience with hotel management software
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival
Answer inquiries and provide information about the hotel and surrounding areas
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills on a daily basis. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills to assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is preferred, as well as fluency in a second language. Experience with hotel management software is also beneficial.
