* Contract position for 6+ months; contract can be extended;
ServiceNow ITSM Transformation Specialist ( 3 positions ) :
5-10 years of experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow platforms across multiple projects, must have Digital Product Release Experience (DPR)
Experience supporting ServiceNow as a platform not as an end user
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment

for role #149904-1 : Configuration/Development experience with Portfolio Management : Strategic Portfolio management (Project Portfolio Management, Digital Portfolio Management) and Enterprise Architecture (Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management)
for role #149898-1 : Configuration/Development of ITSM Change Management
