Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician with extensive experience in the industrial field. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and machine maintenance, primarily on CNC machines, throughout the plant.

Shifts:

1st - 4:30am - 1:00pm or 6:30am - 3:00pm

2nd 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Here are some key responsibilities and skills required for this position:

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and repair on CNC machines and other equipment.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

• Analytical Skills: Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other mechanics to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

• Implementation of New Equipment: Support the introduction and maintenance of new machinery.

Pay: $39 - 43 per hour. (10% shift differential for 2nd shift).

Essential Skills

• Strong Industrial Maintenance experience

• Electrical experience up to PLC troubleshooting

• Knowledge of 3-phase 480 volt systems

• Mechanical understanding, including hydraulics/pneumatics, motors, rollers, and gears

• Proficiency in using a multimeter

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $81182.00 - $89300.00/yr.
