Production Assembler
Location: Malvern, PA
Compensation: $21/hour
Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Adecco is looking for a Production Assembler to join our client's team in Malvern. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling gas delivery systems and components, reading blueprints, and working with various hand tools to ensure precise mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with mechanical assembly, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Read project drawings, specifications, work orders, and procedures.
Position, align, and adjust components for proper fit and function.
Safely operate common manufacturing tools and equipment.
Perform manual hand assembly procedures according to instructions.
Complete production paperwork and recordkeeping accurately.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Work effectively with team members for resource allocation and coordination.
Essential Skills:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to achieve repeatable, high-quality results.
Excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to handle small components and instruments.
Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and priorities.
Requirements:
High School degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
Ability to operate common manufacturing tools and equipment.
Must have good vision and dexterity.
Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow protocols and instructions thoroughly.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
