Description
Manage USD freight invoices for North America
Invoicing
Oversee day-to-day transportation operations:
· Approve payments to carriers within payment terms and ensure credit with carriers is not impacted by payment delays
· Audit all carriers invoice reports to detect duplicates, invoices not submitted for payment, address short pays and credits.
· Ensure GL coding and freight cost allocation is accurate
· Provide accurate monthly Freight Accrual reports and speak to
· Provide Ad Hoc reports
· Normalize data
· Identify and correct freight data discrepancies at the root cause
· Obtain spot quotes and transit times for all modes of transportation upon request
· Resolve customer & supplier inquiries concerning re-billing freight, shipment returns and reroutes
· Manual Doc changes *IT dependent
· Tracking requests
· Export documents SAP Generated
· Folders – Additional Export Docs – Customer specific
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ years experience managing logistics data within trucking/transportation
FTL
LTL
Excel - required
SAP - preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
