Summary:

The 3E Value Add Shop specializes in electrical assembly to support 3E’s diverse customer base. Our work ranges from soldering wires and assembling switch components to building complete wire harnesses. Our technicians prioritize quality while efficiently completing various work orders. We are currently seeking Assemblers to join our team in producing high-quality products for our customers.

Reports to: Foreman

Minimum Qualifications:

• Understand continuous improvement

• Ability to lift and/or move 40 lbs.

• Good eyesight with accurate color vision

• Must have good dexterity with hands

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed primarily in a shop. You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times.

Essential Job Functions:

• Strip wire jackets

• Crimp wire harnesses

• Solder/tin wires

• Assemble and braid cables

• Build components and sub-assemblies for control boxes

• Read and interpret technical prints, wire diagrams, and weld diagrams

• Accurately use a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
