Job Title: Controls Technician

Essential Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot off electrical diagrams or schematics.

  • Electrical troubleshooting of equipment or machinery.

  • Control wiring.

  • PLC troubleshooting.

  • 3+ years of experience and good job history.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as an industrial electrician or controls technician in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to read and understand ladder logic and check inputs/outputs.

  • Experience with servos and VFDs troubleshooting.

  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

  • Preventative maintenance schedule adherence.

  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and machinery repair.

  • Working with 480V and 3 phase motors.

  • Able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

  • High School Diploma or GED and degree from technical school, or industrial maintenance certifications (PLC, Machine Logic, etc.).

  • Equivalent experience: High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years experience working as a control technician in an industrial manufacturing environment.

  • Technical military specialties considered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $78936.00 - $78936.00/yr.

There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.
