Robert Half is assisting a dynamic and customer service-oriented organization located in La Jolla, CA, in their search for a Call Center Representative to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service-related information with professionalism and efficiency.

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring calls are answered in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy and accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Accurately record all customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in the customer database.

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.

• Provide follow-up communication with customers as needed to ensure resolution of outstanding queries.

  Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional active listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications are a plus.

• Positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
