Job Summary: We are seeking an Army Experiments and Wargames Analyst/Planner to support the planning, execution, and analysis of experimental activities related to military strategies and wargaming scenarios as part of the Armys Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Task Force (TF). The ideal candidate serves as the primary planning and integration interface between the task force and the principal experimentation venue execution component and acts as an integrator of experimentation lines of effort across the Army enterprise. Ensures participation milestones are received, communicated, understood, and met. Oversee experiment execution, records findings, and maintain preparedness to brief leadership as needed. Responsibilities:
Maintains awareness of the overall Joint Experimental Lifecycle.
Maintains working understanding of previous experiments accomplishments and shortfalls to improve future events.
Navigates sponsored-technology vendors through rigorous participation process.
Attends and contributes as needed to weekly working groups, and in-person planning summits.
Generates and supplies analytical content and findings in various presentation formats, facilitates development of executive briefings, and provides status updates to leadership.
Responsible for integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders.
Recommend and coordinate efforts to enable prototyping, experimentation, and demonstration objectives.
Serve on review boards evaluating emerging technology with an understanding of how to operationalize and effectively employ those technologies.
Strong financial acumen to inform investment, co-investment, and acquisition decisions.
Represent the ISR TF with Critical Enablers, Innovation Hubs, Army Futures Command, the Intelligence Community (IC), Requirements Developers, End Users and Key Stakeholders.
Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the operationalization of the analytical outputs.
Interact with Technical Staff, Business Operations, and program staff to generate Cost Benefit Analysis.
Support the Experiments and Wargame Branch Chief, coordinating actions and planning by, with, and through the Space, Aerial, and Terrestrial subject matter experts.
Ensure the proper integration and coordination of all DOTMLPF-P considerations and issues for ISR-TF supported systems.
Review the preparation of applicable capability needs and requirements documentation for resolution of requirements issues.
Formulate critical issues and operational criteria and review Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) in the investigation of comparative alternative solutions.
Generate and supply analytical content and findings in various presentation formats.
Required Qualifications:
Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in relevant field.
Proven experience in conducting military wargames or experimentation.
Knowledge of military strategy, tactics, and operations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborati e team environment.
