Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform maintenance on roasters, packaging machinery, mixing machines, and liquid flavoring machines. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing various equipment components to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on sensors, relays, heaters, thermocouples, and gearboxes.

• Change gears, nuts, bolts, and conduct minor replacements.

• Troubleshoot and repair 208-240V electrical systems.

• Maintain and repair roasting equipment and packaging machinery.

• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Work with pneumatics and troubleshoot pneumatic systems.

Essential Skills

• Experience as an industrial maintenance technician.

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (208-240V).

• Experience with sensors, packaging equipment, and pneumatic systems.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting roasting and food manufacturing equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PLC input and output knowledge is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Tampa, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
