Minimum Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, ensuring coverage during peak guest times.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a friendly, professional atmosphere.
Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and manage reservations.
Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with a dedication to resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest areas are clean and well-maintained.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and meet their needs.
Problem-solving abilities for resolving guest concerns and delivering satisfactory solutions.
Attention to detail, particularly in managing reservations and fulfilling guest requests.
Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred, but training is available.
