Industrial Maintenance Field Technician – Columbia Station, OH

$26 to $30/hr | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Local Travel

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, repairing, and keeping industrial equipment in top shape—before problems even happen.

• Performing preventive maintenance and system checks on sampling, flow monitoring, and air-drying equipment.

• Answering the call—responding to emergency service requests and troubleshooting issues on-site.

• Programming and troubleshooting microprocessor and PLC-based controls (because tech skills matter!).

• Acting as a go-to expert, training customers on equipment use and best practices.

• Working closely with sales and management teams to identify service opportunities.

• Traveling locally to customer sites (we cover mileage, so you just focus on the job).

What We’re Looking For

• A mechanical problem solver who enjoys working on industrial systems.

• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge (bonus points for refrigeration experience).

• Strong communication and customer service skills—you’ll be the face of the company on-site.

• The ability to work independently and troubleshoot on the fly.

• Flexibility—sometimes the job calls for early mornings, late nights, or weekends.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field.

• A valid driver’s license and a solid driving record.

• Ability to pass background checks and regular drug screenings.
