DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Earn between $45,000-$50,000 in your first year! No Experience needed! We will train you! We provide a training bonus of $500-$1000 depending on the length of your training period!

Responsibilities As a HomeTeam Remote Sales Representative, you can expect to: * Reach out to current and prospective homeowners in your assigned area to generate phone sales * Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners * Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeams products and services with current and potential customers * Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner * Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently

Qualifications

Qualitifications Minimum Requirements: * Must successfully pass background and drug screening * Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate and confident * Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with customers * Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills * Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to work independently
