Overview

Job Summary: The Senior Finance Manager will play a central role in partnering with leaders across disciplines to develop data driven solutions to support ProAct’s ongoing growth. Through understanding the needs and challenges of our business partners and the clients that we service, this role will lead a team that will influence change at both the client level and throughout the organization.

Scope of Responsibilities: Oversees all financial and reporting functions to include data analytics, network pricing, rebate management, budgeting, and client reporting. Responsible for ensuring training and development of subordinate staff, conducting performance reviews, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates for internal and external partners. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for partnering with ProAct’s leadership team to create the annual budget and to continuously monitor financial performance and overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of pricing models for current and prospective clients to maximize value

• Provide oversite of the pricing strategy for existing business as well as prospective clients

• Ensure the consistent application of pricing strategy for PBM clients and pharmacy network

• Partner with Business data analysts and client facing teams to provide analysis and projections for business partners

• Partner with individual department leaders to develop, implement and monitor metric models for management of individual business units

• Assist in the preparation and creation of annual budgets

• Monitor and provide reporting to developed budgeted on an ongoing basis

• Oversee the preparation and/or response to client financial audits as needed

• Interface with various external business partners as needed for program development and problem resolution.

• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related field

• Preferred: An MBA or CPA is strongly desired

Experience:

• Minimum: 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting/data analytics

• Minimum: Strong analytical and quantitative skills required; ability to extract, manipulate, mine, and analyze data for key insights

• Minimum: Results-oriented leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams

• Preferred: 5+ years experience in pharmacy pricing

Compensation:

$75,000-90,000 per year.

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
