Job Title: 1st Shift - Cable Assembly

Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our 1st shift cable assembly team. You will be working from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with potential overtime on a need basis. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering components onto circuit boards and assembling small wire components in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembling small wire components, including various-sized wires and terminals.

• Using small hand tools such as screwdrivers and crimpers to complete tasks.

• Following diagrams to ensure correct assembly.

• Pulling thicker cables and tightening screw terminals to approximately 130 ft-lbs.

• Working alongside a team of about 5 assemblers in a climate-controlled room.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled, maintaining a clean and comfortable temperature throughout the year. Assemblers work side by side, seated at booths to complete their tasks. The dress code includes wearing jeans and closed-toed shoes, with no requirement for steel-toed footwear.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
