AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role ofFood & Beverage Manager, Full-time in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service.

• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, consistently exceeding customer expectations.

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in a friendly, professional manner.

• Conduct performance evaluations to effectively guide and inspire the service team.

• Oversee the daily expediting of food and beverage services, ensuring smooth operations.

• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction with food and beverage services.

• Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of clubhouse team members.

• Monitor payroll and create employee schedules to ensure efficient staffing.

• Develop and implement creative promotions to boost food and beverage sales.

• Manage the food and beverage budget to ensure financial targets are met.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of related management experience in the hospitality industry.

• Proven ability to identify and respond to the diverse needs of members with innovative solutions.

• Strong passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Hands-on management style with a focus on mentoring and training team members.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting and re-prioritizing as needed.

• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Personal characteristics: high confidence, resilience, self-motivation, flexibility, a strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
