Job Description

Candidates will be using hand tools and different machinery to assemble circuit boards and some sub-assemblies used in multiple fields. Hand tools include screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches. Production machinery will be used to print on solder paste and smaller pieces. Candidates will also perform quality checks on their work before moving to the next steps. Computers will be used to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly. Must be able to log into multiple programs at a time to access the correct instructions. Computer use is not complicated as long as the candidate is somewhat familiar with using one.

Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery.

• Perform quality checks on completed work before moving to the next steps.

• Use production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller pieces.

• Access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions on computers.

• Log into multiple programs to retrieve correct instructions.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer operation skills.

• Experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.

• General production skills.

• Ability to perform assembly and soldering tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of assembly experience preferred.

• 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.

• Experience with picking and packaging can be helpful.

• Individuals with customer service backgrounds do well in this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
