JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Enters sales orders and acknowledges ship dates. 2. Ensures pricing on incoming orders matches quotes. 3. Revises production schedules and issues work orders to suit order changes, cancellations, and/or revised forecasts. 4. Reports on weekly/monthly planning as requested. 5. Serves as intermediary between customers and operations to ensure customer demands and capacity constraints align. 6. Works with customers in the event of failure to meet shipment deadlines, in response to information requests, and in a relationship-building fashion. 7. Researches late parts and identifies and brings bottlenecks to manufacturing leadership attention. 8. Participates in cycle counts of inventory, including initiating counts, physical counting of items, data entry into computer system, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective action plans. 9. Communicates and corrects potential inventory errors. 10.
